Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead quantitative and qualitative analyses for various business issues
- Coordinate team efforts on complex financial tasks and provide guidance to operations leaders
- Analyze recurring outcomes and recommend improvements based on financial expertise
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related quantitative field; MBA/MHA preferred
- CPA preferred
- Minimum of four years of public accounting audit experience or seven years of private accounting/finance experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong analytical and accounting skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Knowledge of third-party payer reimbursement and coding/documentation requirements
