Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead quantitative and qualitative analyses for various business issues
  • Coordinate team efforts on complex financial tasks and provide guidance to operations leaders
  • Analyze recurring outcomes and recommend improvements based on financial expertise
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related quantitative field; MBA/MHA preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • Minimum of four years of public accounting audit experience or seven years of private accounting/finance experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Knowledge of third-party payer reimbursement and coding/documentation requirements
