Financial Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Analysis for a 3-month remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial planning process, including budgets, forecasts, and operating plans
• Support the full budget cycle, including variance analysis and financial model building
• Monitor financial performance and present findings to the Senior Controller and leadership team

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma/degree in Accounting and/or Business; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 7+ years of related experience, preferably in a publicly traded or multi-national organization
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling skills
• Experience with integrated ERP systems, preferably SAP and SAP BPC
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently in a rapidly changing environment
