Senior Financial Solutions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Business Solutions Manager to drive financial integration and process improvements in their finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial integration of a complex reinsurance acquisition and ensure alignment of financial systems and reporting
• Evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements across people, processes, and technology
• Develop and maintain documentation of financial data flows and collaborate with IT and finance teams to resolve data issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of experience in finance/accounting, with expertise in GAAP accounting and general ledger management
• Proficiency in financial systems, including ERP systems and data query tools (e.g., SQL); Workday/SAP experience is a plus
• Experience in change management and implementing new processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
