Key Responsibilities
- Own the monthly and quarterly commission payout process, ensuring accurate calculations and reconciliations
- Manage data inputs across Salesforce, payroll, and reporting tools to maintain data accuracy
- Act as the primary point of contact for commission payments, addressing questions and discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in commissions, sales operations, compensation, or financial analysis
- Proven ability to execute recurring, deadline-driven processes with accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and compensation or HRIS tools is a plus
