Job Summary

A company is looking for an MBA Leadership Development Program - Finance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development and operations in costing and pricing activities
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize financial performance
• Prepare internal financial reports and perform monthly analysis of financial statements

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or a related concentration
• Three or more years of work experience in a finance-related role
• Advanced level MS Excel skills
• Ability to multi-task and support several projects concurrently
• MBA graduation date should be Spring/Summer 2026
