Project Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Finance Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the VP in managing all project-level financing activities, including debt and tax equity
• Prepare and maintain project finance models for consistency in business development and investment decisions
• Conduct market research and analysis to optimize the value of solar assets and identify strategic growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in project-level financing in the solar energy industry, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• BA/BS degree required, ideally in a quantitative, business, or technical field
• Strong skills in Excel spreadsheets, financial modeling, and data analysis
• Familiarity with financial/accounting principles and the electricity industry
• Understanding of solar industry basics and modeling tools
