Finance Transformation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to support Revenue Controllership across Revenue Accounting and Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution for revenue initiatives including customer onboarding, order management, and billing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, map processes, and ensure traceability from requirements to outcomes
• Lead UAT planning, monitor system health, and support the build-out of data analytics capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue transformation or Order to Cash domain
• Hands-on SQL experience for validation, analysis, and metrics
• Working knowledge of CRM and ERP platforms related to revenue processes
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or data analytics
• Experience in stakeholder management across finance, operations, and product teams
