Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Finance to lead financial operations and support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and budgeting, providing insights for leadership
• Manage accounting compliance, ensuring timely collections and processing
• Implement financial systems and processes to support growth and automation

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses
• Hands-on experience with FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, GAAP, and revenue recognition
• Experience managing AR/AP and general accounting functions
• Bachelor's Degree required; CPA, CFA, and/or MBA preferred
