Treasury Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of the Company's term loan facilities and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Manage execution of interest and principal payments and monitor compliance with financial covenants
• Support daily global cash management and collaborate with internal teams on treasury-related matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• 5-10+ years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or banking
• Strong technical understanding of credit agreements and loan mechanics
• Experience with treasury management systems and ERP platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
