Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates revenue maximization through monitoring dashboards and ensuring appropriate claims processing
• Mentors and trains staff while conducting regular meetings to enhance team performance
• Acts as a liaison with external vendors and manages escalated patient and third-party issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience in lieu of education; Associate's Degree preferred
• Possesses knowledge and skills equivalent to a Revenue Cycle Rep 3
• Strong listening and negotiation skills required
• Experience in training and mentoring staff
• Familiarity with financial data analysis and reporting
