Finance Systems Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Systems Consultant (Contract) to lead the design and implementation of a new accounts receivable process.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement a scalable accounts receivable platform to replace manual invoicing
• Ensure timely invoicing, automated follow-ups, and enable easy payment submission for school partners
• Document and configure workflows for long-term internal management of the A/R system

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance systems, accounting operations, or fractional CFO roles
• Strong implementation experience with platforms like Stripe, QuickBooks, and HubSpot
• Familiarity with two-sided marketplaces or education operations
• Ability to deliver strategic systems thinking and tactical execution
