Responsibilities

• Drive strategic priorities by executing initiatives in partnership with the CFO to strengthen financial foundations and growth

• Support financial planning by contributing to budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment between strategy and financial outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic roles, with 2 years in a high-growth company
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable results
• Familiarity with accounting principles, though hands-on execution experience is not required
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL or other coding/business intelligence tools
