Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with multiple billing teams to ensure performance standards are met
• Analyze key AR performance metrics and implement action plans to address client issues and improve claims processing
• Coordinate resolution of billing issues and ensure compliance with collections-related processes

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or related field with 7+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-5 years of supervisory experience in a revenue cycle environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and the collections process
• Radiology revenue cycle and billing experience preferred
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint
