Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Credit Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist credit challenged customers in understanding mortgage qualifications and improve their credit history
• Utilize credit expert reports to create action plans for customers and provide budgeting education
• Track customer communications and update status reports for the Homebuyer Solutions Group

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (preferred)
• 2+ years banking experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of various loan programs and credit requirements
• Ability to analyze and communicate results of credit reports
