Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Financial Clearance Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and distribute work among Financial Clearance Specialists, providing training and technical assistance
• Implement new or revised systems and procedures while performing troubleshooting and process improvement feedback
• Verify insurance eligibility and manage referrals and authorizations for patient services prior to service delivery

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree in Business or Healthcare preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance verification and/or authorization experience
• At least 1 year of experience as a Financial Clearance Representative in good standing
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
• Bilingual skills preferred
