Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and analyze departmental results
- Lead annual budgeting processes and support monthly P&L reviews
- Conduct cash flow forecasting and provide strategic financial analysis
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, preferably in high-growth environments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience with financial reporting and strategic analysis for senior leadership
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
