Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in lending, credit, or portfolio management within agricultural finance
• Deep familiarity with loan documentation, credit analysis, and servicing processes
• Strong relationship management skills with farm and ranch operators
• Highly organized and proactive in problem-solving
• Commitment to financing organic and regenerative agriculture
