State Licensed Recovery Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery & Resolution Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and document collection efforts including claim adjustments and coordination with external collection agencies
• Evaluate audits and claims for potential recoupment, ensuring accuracy and making recommendations as needed
• Prepare reporting on recovery processes to support pharmacy and client needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; HS diploma or GED required
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT)
• 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, including claims processing and insurance or billing experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Current Registration with the State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
