Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recovery & Resolution Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and document collection efforts including claim adjustments and coordination with external collection agencies
- Evaluate audits and claims for potential recoupment, ensuring accuracy and making recommendations as needed
- Prepare reporting on recovery processes to support pharmacy and client needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; HS diploma or GED required
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT)
- 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, including claims processing and insurance or billing experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Current Registration with the State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
