A company is looking for a Finance Controller to implement processes and systems for startup clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate client meetings and oversee monthly and yearly financial closes
• Manage accountants and processes for clients and potentially internally
• Context shift and evaluate client needs effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in a Controller role
• CPA or CMA certification is a bonus
• Prior client-facing experience is essential
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and relevant accounting standards
