Senior Project Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate project revenue variances and submit variance explanations to FP&A Manager
• Create all project-related billings to customers and support period-end revenue accrual journal entries
• Report on project profitability and identify opportunities for additional revenue and billings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 5-8 years of related experience
• Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project)
• Comprehensive understanding of applicable standards, methods, processes, and performance metrics in the functional area
• Strong analytical skills for project evaluation, including economic, financial, risk, and decision analysis
• Customer-driven with a proven ability to provide in-depth analysis and support project management tasks
