Senior Revenue Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Revenue Senior Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate net revenue accrual estimates based on various financial factors
• Support month-end close processes and maintain reconciliation between general ledger and source systems
• Analyze monthly net revenue KPIs and perform hindsight lookback analysis to evaluate accrual accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent degree) required
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proven experience in the healthcare field, preferably in outpatient physical therapy environments
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and familiarity with EMRs
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, revenue modeling, and data analysis tools
