Senior Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Strategic Finance Manager to lead financial strategy and analysis in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial and operational analysis to identify growth levers and improve execution
• Design frameworks for executive and board-level reporting to provide decision-driving insights
• Own and evolve financial models that inform targets, hiring plans, and investment decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or consulting
• Prior experience in fintech and/or high-growth startups
• Deep understanding of GTM economics, including CAC, LTV, and sales efficiency
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel and familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Tableau
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
