SBA Loan Closer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Closer II Officer - SBA.

Key Responsibilities

• Close all SBA loans from approval to funding, ensuring compliance with SBA guidelines and internal policies
• Act as a liaison between closing attorneys and loan originators, coordinating outstanding items and preparing loan documents
• Maintain and update files and documents for internal reports, ensuring all customer files are complete and compliant

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of loan closing experience for SBA loans
• Associate's Degree preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of SBA 7a, 504, and Express Lines of Credit
• In-depth knowledge of SBA Standard Operating Procedures
• Ability to promote teamwork and assist in training new employees
