Job Summary
A company is looking for an FP&A Director, Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial partner to the CMO and Marketing leadership team, providing strategic insights and recommendations
- Lead the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting processes for the global Marketing organization
- Develop and maintain financial models and reporting to track key marketing metrics and conduct complex ad-hoc analyses
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with experience in supporting marketing organizations in high-growth technology companies
- Proven track record of strategic business partnering with executive-level stakeholders
- Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Anaplan is preferred
