Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation, underwriting, and management of commercial credit relationships
• Manage ongoing credit risk through continuous monitoring and timely identification of emerging risks
• Collaborate with relationship managers to support business growth and maintain accurate risk ratings

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and credit analysis
• Experience in negotiating legal documentation and structuring transactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial databases
• Ability to work independently and lead transaction teams effectively
