A company is looking for a Manager of Billing Operations to lead and evolve their global billing function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day billing operations to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Collaborate on billing system enhancements and act as the primary escalation point for complex billing issues
- Deliver actionable, data-driven insights on billing performance and oversee the month-end billing close process
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in consumption-based billing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience managing high-volume billing operations in a SaaS or technology environment
- Proven success in creating KPIs and dashboards to improve billing accuracy and efficiency
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 and experience with SOX-relevant controls
- Proficiency with ERP, CRM, and support systems, along with advanced Excel skills
