About the position
Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of TTEC Consolidated financial statements and notes, performing detailed audit procedures over various income statement and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of audit requests for the consolidated company’s annual audit and quarterly reviews while working with internal and external auditors to meet quarterly and annual audit requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and review of all financial reporting material to ensure accuracy and compliance with US and local regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that financial records and reports are maintained in compliance with company policies in US and local GAAP.
• Own the monthly close and quarterly reporting processes for complex accounting areas, such as leases, debt, and other technical accounting processes.
• Assist in the filing of the 10Q and 10K reports.
• Manage an accounting staff in remote locations that supports statutory compliance.
• Assist with system transformation and process improvement projects as sponsored by the Chief Financial Officer and/or SVP, Global Controller.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in a financial reporting role.
• Advanced knowledge of financial accounting/reporting preferably within or associated with publicly traded multinational companies.
• Understanding of Oracle Finance, Hyperion, and SQL with an ability to understand consolidation processes.
• High degree of proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products with the ability to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data.
