Remote Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor (Eastern Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Obtain, review, and submit complete loan documentation to Underwriting for approval
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of retail loan processing experience in the last 6-12 months
• Experience with Government (FHA/VA) loans, Bond, Non-QM, and Conventional loans
• Familiarity with Point software; experience with BYTE is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required
