CPA Financial Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounting cycle, including GL, A/P, A/R, revenue, and financial reporting
• Manage the month-end close process and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Active CPA license required, along with a Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Extensive expertise in NetSuite ERP administration and managing monthly close processes
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and inventory costing
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, and financial modeling preferred
