Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist to join their Yield Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile payments to collection accounts and manage monthly bank statement reconciliations
• Perform cash application functions and ensure compliance with corporate and client requirements
• Research discrepancies in payments and ensure accurate application to the correct claims

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or three years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of healthcare claims is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Working knowledge of industry standards related to cash processes
