Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of investment-related customer support and inquiries
• Handle specialized processes such as wire payments, levies, and court orders
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing operations and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 66, 7 license or will obtain within 6 months of hire
• 1-3 years of experience in investment, banking, or financial operations
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
