Senior Asset Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Asset Resolution Specialist to manage non-performing loan portfolios and support borrower relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage a portfolio of non-performing loans, including servicing and default workout solutions
• Assist in collection activities and proactively manage delinquencies through borrower engagement
• Collaborate with credit and lending teams to develop exit strategies for watchlist loans

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance, lending, or real estate credit
• Experience or knowledge in residential real estate lending or financial technology
• Understanding of loan servicing and financial restructuring
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
