Finance and Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring audit readiness
• Manage accounts receivable/payable, billing, and maintain revenue hygiene
• Develop FP&A processes, including annual operating plans and budget reports

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in accounting/finance with monthly close ownership
• Strong understanding of GAAP and familiarity with audit/tax coordination
• Proficiency in modern accounting platforms and spreadsheet analysis
• Proven track record of organization and reliability in a remote work environment
• Experience with technology-enabled services or project-based revenue is a plus
