Head of Acquiring

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Acquiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a compliance framework ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and scheme rules
• Build and lead the Acquiring team, ensuring proper resources and expertise for monetization tasks
• Define and execute payment partnership strategies to increase authorization rates and customer conversion

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FinTech or Payments (PSPs, Acquirers, High-Risk industries)
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or in a managerial role
• Knowledge of Data Analysis, Card Scheme rules, PCI DSS, PSD2
• Experience with cryptocurrency payments
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
