Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer who will set the financial strategy and provide leadership to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy to align with company objectives and long-term growth
• Oversee financial planning and reporting, including forecasting and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements across global operations

Qualifications and Skills

• Private Equity experience, MBA or CPA, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior executive role
• Proven track record in FP&A, treasury, investor relations, and compliance
• Experience managing global, multi-currency operations
• Deep experience in SaaS or technology-driven businesses
