Key Responsibilities

• Completes annual escrow analysis and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations
• Processes escrow account waivers and additions, and assesses interest on escrow accounts
• Collaborates with other departments to resolve inquiries and cross-functional issues

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in escrow management processes or relevant mortgage servicing departments
• Knowledge of escrow administration processes and consumer protection laws
• Highly organized and results-driven with the ability to adapt quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
