Patient Financial Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Manager who will manage various functional staff and oversee the complete revenue cycle for assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee professional development plans and ensure regular communication regarding team and company goals
• Research and maintain compliance with billing industry standards while managing day-to-day team operations
• Prepare reports and address client concerns to ensure goals are met and operational efficiency is maintained

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial medical claims billing and patient accounting
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
• 3-5 years of management experience in a hospital business office overseeing billing and patient access functions
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial billing, as well as Central Business Office (CBO) operations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain financial records and prepare reports
