Principal Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance business partner to sales VPs, supporting enterprise/corporate sales teams
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting improvements using Power BI and Excel
• Gather and present complex financial data to various stakeholders, including executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a high-performing FP&A function, preferably in a Fortune 500 company
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power BI; exposure to AI tools preferred
• Ability to work independently and drive strategic analysis for senior leadership
