Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis or credit risk management
• 5+ years of experience with financial statement analysis and loan restructuring
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of credit risk management techniques and regulatory requirements
