Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial review of payment requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation
• Communicate payment timeline issues to business owners and resolve payment and reporting issues
• Identify process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience with invoice reconciliation
• Ability to follow instructions
• Professional customer service experience
