Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager responsible for leading internal and external financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting initiatives and drive the month-end close process
• Serve as the main interface with external auditors and support M&A activities
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and treasury operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field
• 6 years of experience in accounting processes, including complex issues
• CPA required
• 3 years of public accounting experience with a mix of industry experience
• 2 years of Netsuite experience or equivalent software
