CPA Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and enhance financial transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Log transactions, reconcile accounts, and manage payables and receivables
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate recording of donations and revenue
• Deliver financial reports and lead the monthly close process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably in nonprofit
• Knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting rules
• Familiarity with ASC 606 and ASC 958-605
• CPA strongly preferred
