Key Responsibilities

- 5-7 years of creative leadership experience, including 3 years managing teams in high-growth B2B technology companies
- Proven success in evolving brands within B2B environments with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design excellence
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills for socializing and selling design concepts
- Proficiency in strategic creative planning, project management, and process workflows
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments, demonstrating self-motivation and resourcefulness
