Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in design and creative leadership
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-level creative and branding systems
• Experience mentoring design talent and managing external creative partners
