Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designer to join their Employer Brand & Comms Creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate partner goals into creative solutions that resonate with employees and potential candidates
• Design program identities, logos, swag, event collateral, and digital assets
• Collaborate closely with creatives and internal stakeholders in a highly cross-functional environment

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment
• A portfolio that showcases strong conceptual thinking and refined design execution
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Slides
• Experience with video art direction and/or motion graphics
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
