Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in product design/UX, including 4-6+ years leading multidisciplinary teams
• Proven success in leading end-to-end product design and UX research for complex B2B SaaS products
• Data-driven with experience in setting success metrics and interpreting experiments
• Deep competence in core design skills and strong grasp of accessibility standards
• Portfolio of high-quality product work demonstrating systems, processes, and research
