- Manage multiple projects, inspiring a team and ensuring seamless integration of design solutions
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role within consulting or agency environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design strategies and user-centered design projects
- Proficiency in Design Thinking facilitation and design/prototyping software
- In-depth knowledge of user experience, interaction design, and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
