Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their Investor Applications team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to production, including research proposals and high-fidelity artifacts
• Influence product vision and strategy by analyzing customer needs
• Conduct user research to identify opportunities and validate design solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in financial services
• Understanding of financial markets and workflows of institutional buy-side participants
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Excellent user research skills with the ability to translate findings into design solutions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
