- 12+ years of experience in UX Research, Consumer Insights, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Proven ability to lead high-performing international teams and mentor UX practitioners
- Expertise in tools and technologies for managing customer journeys through innovative UX systems
- Ability to align processes and strategies with the end-user perspective for digital transformations
