Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to design AI-driven solutions that optimize workflows and enhance customer satisfaction
- Lead the design of conversational AI interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive and aligned with the brand's voice
- Analyze user feedback and conversational data to continuously improve the user experience and AI models
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of conversation design principles and human-to-human communication
- Experience with conversational prototyping tools and familiarity with prompt engineering for Large Language Models
- Experience with Salesforce products, particularly Service Cloud and Einstein
- Strong writing and dialogue scripting abilities focused on clarity and brand alignment
- Ability to interpret conversation data and analytics to measure interface success
